 IT IS CABIN #K-5 at the Lakeside Cabins Resort ( See  Amenities Below) Three Oaks, Mi.

Only 2 miles from Lake Michigan.  Yet, with the delight of our cute and cozy cabin; its additional full living and dining outside on the 500 sq.ft(additional 250 sq. ft.) screened in wraparound porch; and combined with all resort the amenities you may never even see a sunset on Lake Mi. (though again it is only 2 miles.) Noting most of us can not afford even the itty bitty "on the lake" house and even if we could here are my questions:

 I always wondered what do all those Lake Mi. visitors do when the lake water is freezing?... we have 2 great heated pools!  Again, I always wondered reading a book on my huge porch, what did all those Lake Mi visitors do when it was pouring rain? Our kids while it was pouring rain were at the resort lodge playing games, watching movies, and pingpong.

 

 Anyway, the cabin is not huge , though it is not small.  It's perfect for a family or just two wanting to get away! New decor in 2019. Two TVs and 2 DVD layers, full cable. Queen Bedroom with porch. Upstairs one bedroom and one sleeping loft ( 3 twins total with additional room for blowup bed, etc.)

 

Our location in the resort is fairly unique as it is has only 6 spaced out cabins. That means you get peace and quiet or you can make a whole lot of family fun & noise in the adjoining huge pine tree lined field: games, firepit, STARS!!  Just beyond that huge open field is Chikaming Preserved Open Land-nothing will ever be built. Again all the resort amenities are a 3 minute woody walk away. It is also one of the resort's latest model with a maxed out sized porch. Actually, 2 porches and it wraps around!

 

Resort Amenities include:   2  heated Pools ( great decks & changing areas,) 2 stocked Ponds, Fishing Piers, Sandy Beach, Pond Swimming, Kayaking, Paddle Boards, Lodge with TV, Pingpong, Games, Arcades, Picnic and Pavilion Gathering spaces.  On-site Management. Daily Crafts. Weekly Bingo. Pizza nights.  All Holiday Events, including an October Pre-Halloween weekend. Music Concerts. Adult only Get Togethers. Book Clubs. 

The Resort ~ALSO ~boasts a Full Basketball Court, Sand Volleyball, Archery, Open Ball Fields, Trails, Community BBQs, Community Firepit, Grills, Shuffle Board etc.

Honestly, that list can not be beat in all of SW Michigan. Or have your fun anywhere in Harbor Country as our location is only 2 miles from the  beach on/off Warren Woods Road. Do it all in Harbor Country or do it all on the resort

or....just stay cute and cozy (tranquil location) in our cabin!   

Excellent rental income, enjoy your year round weekends and summer getaways at your own cabin in a resort community AND rent it out while you are not using it! We are making money, it is now  just cross country and no longer feasible.

 

We would guess that this is still the best Vacation Value or Second Home Price in SW Mi. and Harbor Country. Sadly, we no longer are able to use our beloved Cute and Cozy Cabin( C.C.& C.) BTW Colorado is good, tho we miss C.C. & C., so please call and we can talk and answer any of your questions.
